DAY 45 : FLOW meets COWD Director SOC

The FLOW pursued its cause to present before the COWD Board of Directors the month long issues by launching its noontime protest @ Balsa Restaurant where the board of directors are holding their regular board meeting. Only Director Soc del Rosario gave importance to our presence by stepping outside, into the heat of the sun and listened to our appeal that the LWUA Intervention will be lifted and to give concrete solutions to the BWSP Contract disputes.
